ph3The role /h3 pAs a PMO Advisor within Damen Workboats, you strengthen the Project Management Office and act as a trusted partner to the project manager. You support the control of planning, progress and integration across projects and at portfolio level, working closely with international yards and supporting disciplines. /p pYour role is key in maintaining grip on time, cost, quality and risk, while continuously improving PMO processes, standards and tools. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 h3Planning Scheduling /h3 ul liDevelop, maintain and control project schedules in Primavera P6 /li liDefine baselines, progress updates and interfaces with SAP /li /ul h3Progress Reporting /h3 ul liCollect progress input from internal and external stakeholders /li liPrepare QTC(R) reports for project teams, clients and project boards /li /ul h3SAP Data Integration /h3 ul liCreate and manage project structures in SAP /li liMaintain interfaces with P6 and SharePoint and safeguard data quality /li /ul h3Portfolio Management /h3 ul liSupport medium-sized and large projects (€5–75M) /li liPerform scenario planning, risk analysis and portfolio-level reporting /li liProvide input to the Sales Operations Planning process /li /ul h3Process Improvement Digitalisation /h3 ul liContribute to standardisation of PMO processes, templates and reporting /li liSupport digital transformation and optimisation of PMO tooling /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 3 years of experience in PMO support and/or project planning /li liStrong hands‑on experience with Primavera P6 /li liExperience with SAP project structures and data integration /li liSolid understanding of project management processes (e.g. Stage Gates, RACI, EVM, risk management) /li liProficient in MS Office and SharePoint; basic knowledge of Power BI and AI tools (e.g. MS Copilot) is a plus /li liHBO / Bachelor or Master level, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration /li liIPMA or PMI certification is a plus /li /ul h3Skills experience /h3 ul liAnalytical and highly structured /li liStrong communicator, able to advise and align stakeholders /li liProactive, accurate and solution‑oriented /li liAffinity with continuous improvement and digital tools /li liStrong command of the English language in an international environment /li /ul h3Why Damen? /h3 ul liWork on complex, international maritime projects /li liA professional PMO environment with room for growth /li liDirect impact on project control and portfolio decision‑making /li liCollaboration with driven professionals in a leading global organisation /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pAt Damen, we invest today in the future of tomorrow—and we do this together.
