Hybrid working: Remote work is possible for up to two days per week. It is a requirement to work from the office at least three days per week, including at least two days at our Gorinchem office.
The role
As a Service Management Specialist, you will help shape and improve Corbion’s global IT service delivery. Working alongside experienced colleagues and partners, you will contribute to the design, governance, and ongoing improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes across the organization.
Your focus will be on supporting and improving ITIL-based processes and helping create a seamless end-user experience. You will work with our current ITSM platform, Topdesk, and contribute to the organization’s planned transition to ServiceNow.
You will connect business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external service providers, helping translate requirements into practical and efficient service processes. The role offers room to learn, take responsibility, and build your expertise while contributing to the future of IT service delivery in a global organization.
