Your Role in a Nutshell:
As a Junior Data Consultant, you’ll focus on analysing and improving business processes. You’ll have the opportunity to combine your technical skills with analytical insights, all while maintaining a customer-oriented approach.
Your Tasks Will Include:
- Collecting data through real-time extractions to the Celonis Platform.
- Structuring and enriching data using common languages like SQL and Python to uncover new insights.
- Visualizing process flows and detecting inefficiencies using Celonis.
- Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify root causes of inefficiencies based on process knowledge and client input.
- Translating insights into actionable recommendations and presenting data-driven solutions to clients.
- Collaborating in project teams with experienced consultants to guide clients through transformation journeys.
- Attending training and obtaining certifications in Process Mining and data analysis.
This Is You:
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Econometrics, Data Science, or a similar field.
- You excel at interpreting data and spotting patterns, with a strong analytical mindset.
- You bring technical expertise, ideally with basic knowledge of databases, SQL, or data analysis tools.
- You communicate complex insights in a simple, clear way to clients and stakeholders.
- You are a team player and believe in the power of collaboration to achieve results.
- You have a curious nature, a drive to learn, and a motivation to master Celonis Process Mining and process optimization.
- You have an excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
