Role: International Payroll Service Desk Specialist (Client Services)Language requirement: DutchLocation: Remote | Full-TimeContract length – 6 MonthsPay: €50 – €93 Per hourOverview:This senior-level role is focused on supporting operational payroll teams and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients. It combines client engagement, functional and technical payroll support, and continuous improvement initiatives across HR and payroll operations.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main functional support for daily payroll operations and client implementations/go-livesMaintain and update process documentation and client solution workbooksEnsure system testing and issue resolution for technical/functional escalationsReview Statements of Work for accuracy and client fitCollaborate with HR and product teams to enhance and automate processesSupport year-end activities and handle client escalationsDesign and improve HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance, etc.)Monitor HR process performance through KPIs and feedbackKey Skills & Requirements:Language: Fluency in Dutch (required)Education: BA/BS in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience:3–4 years’ experience in payroll administration (HR consulting, outsourcing, or corporate environment)Strong understanding of payroll inputs/outputs (e.g., timekeeping, tax, compliance, benefits)Expert-level knowledge of payroll processes and legislationTech Skills:HRIS systems (preferably Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft)Comfortable working with service tickets and system testingDesirable: Payroll certifications
