You will be part of an open modern working atmosphere where business and professional human values meet. /ppOur company mission: create a better life for Dialysis patients all over the world! /ppFor our Group Finance Department located in the middle of The Netherlands we are looking for an: /ppAssistant Group Controller (part-time 60% – 24 hours – employment contract only) /ppRole: /ppAs Assistant Group Controller, you will support the Group Controller in preparing financial reports, managing budgets, implementing internal controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and performing financial analyses to safeguard financial health and support strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities include maintaining full accounting records, period-end closing, analysing budget variances, drafting quarterly reports, subsidy reports, and audits. You will use the financial modules of Sage X3 – ERP software and participate in the further implementation of Sage X3. /ppTasks: /ppFinancial Accounting and Tax: /pp· Record and process financial transactions in Sage X3 /pp· Process invoices, ensuring correct PO and BL (delivery note) matching /pp· Monitor supplier payments and maintain good relationships /pp· Reconcile accounts, including banks, suppliers, and customers /pp· Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations /pp· Assist with VAT declarations and corporate tax filings /pp· Contribute to improvement of financial accounting /pp· Reconciliation of accounts and procedures with subsidiaries /ppBudgeting Reporting: /pp· Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts /pp· Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing /pp· Analyse budget variances and provide insights for cost optimisation /pp· Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports /pp· Support audit preparations /ppProcess Improvement ERP Management: /pp· Support the implementation and optimisation of Sage X3 (upcoming: purchase to pay, manufacturing, sales) /pp· Assist in defining best practices for financial processes /pp· Contribute to internal controls and fraud prevention /ppCandidate requirements: /pp· Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from SPD /pp· Fluent in English /pp· At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position (medium-sized company) /pp· Results-oriented with a can-do, hands-on mentality /pp· Excellent command of Excel and office tools /pp· Proficiency in Sage X3 or a similar ERP system /pp· Team player with sense of responsibility and managerial skills /pp· Confident and clear communication /pp· Experience in an RD and/or production organization /ppYou should apply if… /pp· You are interested in the MedTech and medical devices sector. Nextkidney BV is currently operating via a virtual office with all staff working from home offices. With the setup of production plants in the Netherlands in 2025/2026 the company will likely set up an physical office in 2026/2027.
